Robert Brown served in the Air Force for 21 years as a pilot and a professor.  He retired from the military 15 years ago and has been teaching astronautical engineering since then at the US Air Force Academy, where he is currently a Professor of Astronautics. Rob has published research in technical journals in a variety of topics including the orbits of trans-Neptunian objects and the moon, which will be discussed in this presentation.  He is the son of Dr. Walt Brown, who first proposed the Hydroplate Theory.  Rob has been married for 35 years. He had his wife, Marla, have nine children and four grandchildren.
